Paris Hilton’s little brother Barron Hilton has been formally charged with a DUI and being an unlicensed driver after his arrest last month.
The 18 year old was arrested on the morning of 12th February after driving erractically in Malibu and was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.14%.
The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office yesterday confirmed that Barron has been charged with four misdemeanor counts in total, including the DUI and using a fake ID.
His arraignment has been set for 14th April and he faces a maximum penalty of six months in jail for each count. However, as it is his first offence, he is expected to take plea bargain.
Paris Hilton famously served time in jail last year for violating her probation after her own DUI arrest in September 2006.
